Ferrous Metals
Contain Iron, magnetic, often prone to rust.

- Household Appliance (like washers, dyers)
Non-Ferrous Metals
Does NOT contain iron, usually non-magnetic and more resistant to corrosion.
- Aluminum
- Copper

Restricted Items
Items we CANNOT accept for safety and compliance reasons.
- Pop Cylinders
- Tvs or Monitors
- Oil-based furnaces
- Beer Kegs
- Engines with fluids
- Non-Metallic Items
- Aerosol Cans
- Hazardous Waste
- Oil Filters
- Vehicle with fluids
- Fluids of any kind
- Tires
- Mercury halogen bulbs
- Capacitors, transformers with oil
- Medical test equipment / X-ray equipment
- Fluorescent light fixtures with PCB containing ballast
- Sealed tanks (propane, gas, etc.)
- Railroad Material without Proper Documentation
- Radioactive material
